2010 Harvey G. Phillips Awards

«Adamastor» for 2 tubas and orchestra (or chamber orchestra or with percussion) by Portuguese composer Andreia Pinto-Correia was nominated for the final round of the 2010 Harvey G. Phillips Awards for excellence in composition.

Winners will be announced at the International Tuba and Euphonium Conference in Tucson, Arizona (USA).
This work will be published in the «2 Tubas and Friends» collection launched by Editions Bim in collaboration with tubists Sergio Carolino and Anne Jelle Visser. This serie already includes a work by Andreia Pinto-Correia, Teatro de Marionetas for 2 tubas and drumset.
