Beautifully sounding instruments

Sonare is a work that explores some of the sonic possibilities for the combination of these two beautifully sounding instruments. But instead of just exploring the loud and sonorous possibilities of the trombone and organ, it also concerns itself with soft and intimate textures as well as allegro and staccato styles of playing. The form of the piece is relatively simple, alternating between slow/lyrical and fast/energetic sections.
