About La Forêt enchantée
A fairy-like world
The suggestive title The La Forêt enchantée [The Magic Forest] came to mind by chance and the subtitles spontaneously followed. I don’t know precisely why I wanted to propose a fairy-like world: was it due to the harp sounds? or was it a personal need?
The first movement depicts the scenery: a forest on a quiet morning, but in the middle of the movement some mysterious signs are beginning to appear . The second movement provides confirmation: elfs and goblins gather together excitedly and intervene, one after the other. The third movement returns to the calming atmosphere of the morning, and the happy hours pass with the fullness of nature.
