Val­ery Struk­ow was born March 10th, 1937 in Rus­sia and stud­ied at the Moscow Mu­sic Col­lege with Theo­dor Gut­mann (pi­a­no) and Aram Khatch­a­tu­rian (com­po­si­tion).
