About Superschlag Famfare

I wrote the Superschlag Famfare as a brief showpiece for the brass-playing members of the Silberschlag family (hence, the spelling of FAMfare). Jeff, the father, is a trumpeter, conductor, and Head of Music Performance at St. Mary's College of Maryland. His son Zachary is Principal Trumpet with the Hawaii Symphony and Nathaniel Principal Horn of the Cleveland orchestra.
